Roger Cusa is a sustainability and innovation expert. From Subway and Burger King to Ferrero, Roger has worked with the world’s most influential organizations to drive brand growth through innovation based on consumer behaviors and environmental justice.
Over two decades he has led brands towards breakthrought innovations, and has engaged with a global business community through numerous keynotes and publications featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Marketing Week, The Grocer, La Vanguardia, Emprendedores, El Economista, La Información, TVE, and Antena 3. He is also author of two books on innovation.
His latest book, Reinventing the Egg, shows the need to create exciting products and services that people want to engage with and are willing to share the news about with others. Products that reinvent the established norms by matching new technologies to emerging consumer behaviours. Reinventing the Egg was considered one of the “Top10 Books About Business Disruption”.
His previous book, Crea Tu Proyecto Tube, was the first to establish the foundations of YouTube and online video as a strategic marketing tool for brands.
Roger is Director at Sanopack Innovation. A sustainability consultancy that creates new strategies and packaging for brands to reduce and communicate their environmental footprint.
He holds a Sustainability & Strategy Diploma by IESE Business School. International MBA from IE Business School with a Fellow Award in Marketing, a Master’s Degree in Marketing with distinction and first-class honors from the University of California at Berkeley, and an Executive Diploma in Business Strategy from Stanford University.
